Our goal is to make rental information and website functions usable by as many people as practical, including people who use assistive technologies or need information in another format. Accessibility is ongoing work, and a visitor's report can help us identify a barrier we have not yet found.

Features we consider

We aim for clear headings, descriptive labels, keyboard-usable controls, readable contrast, meaningful link text, and text alternatives where they can explain visual content. Some content and application or resident services are provided by external platforms, including Buildium and ChatLease, which maintain their own interfaces.

Include the page or feature involved, what happened, the device or assistive technology you were using if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format or assistance that would help.
