Equal Housing Opportunity

Fair Housing

Braud Properties is an Equal Housing Opportunity provider. We do not discriminate in rental inquiries, applications, leasing, or resident services on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status, national origin, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.

Our practical approach

  • Publish available rental information and application steps in a consistent format.
  • Direct applicants to the same property-specific application process.
  • Welcome questions when an applicant needs help understanding an available format or next step.
  • Review accommodation or modification requests through an individualized communication process.

Assistance animals

Animals needed because of a disability are not pets. An applicant or resident may request a reasonable accommodation related to an assistance animal. Pet policies, pet fees, and pet deposits do not apply to approved assistance animals. Requests are evaluated individually under applicable fair-housing rules.

Requesting an accommodation

An applicant or resident who needs a reasonable accommodation related to a disability can begin a request through our contact page. Explain the change or assistance you are requesting and how we can reach you. Please do not place detailed medical records in the website form. Additional information may be requested when appropriate to understand and evaluate the request.

Website accessibility

If a website feature or document creates a barrier, tell us what you were trying to access and the format that would help. See our Accessibility page for more information.
