This policy explains information handling on the Braud Properties website and identifies external services a visitor may encounter. Those providers operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Information you submit
The contact form collects the name, email address, optional phone number, and message you provide. We use that information to receive, review, and respond to your inquiry. Contact-form submissions are submitted through Resend, an external email delivery provider, and accepted for delivery to our leasing inbox. Do not send Social Security numbers, payment-card details, bank information, or other sensitive records through the contact form.
Applications and resident services
Rental application links and the resident portal lead to Buildium, an external property-management service. Information entered into a Buildium application or resident account is submitted to Buildium rather than through this website's contact form. Review the notices presented by Buildium when using those services.
Analytics and site performance
Google Analytics is used to understand website visits and interactions. Google may receive technical and usage information such as browser or device details, pages viewed, approximate location derived from network information, and interaction events. Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare Web Analytics/Insights is used to measure traffic and website performance. Cloudflare may process network, device, and request information needed to provide those measurements and protect or operate its services.
ChatLease
The site loads a ChatLease chat tool on pages other than the virtual tour. ChatLease may receive technical usage information and any information a visitor chooses to enter into the chat. Avoid sharing sensitive personal or financial information in chat, and review the provider's notices before submitting information.
Conditional advertising and cookies
Google AdSense code is configured to load only if advertising is enabled on this site. Advertising is currently gated behind an environment setting and remains off by default. If ads are enabled, Google and other third-party vendors use cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this website or other websites. We may need to verify the request before acting on it. This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect contact-form information from children under 13.
